Earn XP
You can earn Mochi XP in a few different ways:
- 1 XP for every $1 spent
- 50 XP for creating an account
- 50 XP for joining the newsletter
- 50 XP for leaving a product review
Purchases are the main way to build XP over time. Bonus actions give you a small boost to get started faster.
Redeem XP
Once you’ve collected enough XP, you can redeem them for a discount on a future order.
- 100 XP = $10 off, no minimum spend
- 200 XP = $20 off, $250 minimum
- 300 XP = $30 off, $399 minimum
- 400 XP = $40 off, $500 minimum
- 500 XP = $50 off, $700 minimum
You can choose to redeem your XP when you place a new order, as long as you meet the minimum spend for the reward tier you want to use.
How Mochi XP works
A few important things to know:
- XP earned from a purchase are added after the order is placed and processed
- XP from an order can be used on your next transaction, not on the same order
- If your cart includes multiple products, you still earn XP based on the total amount spent, but those XP are only available after checkout
- XP rewards are redeemed on a separate future order
- Minimum spend applies only to the order where you redeem the reward
- You must be logged into your account to earn and redeem XP
Quick example
Let’s say you place an order for $180.
You earn 180 XP from that order. Those XP are added to your account after checkout and can be used on a future purchase. They cannot be applied to the same transaction.
On your next order, you could redeem 100 XP for $10 off, or keep saving until you unlock a higher tier.
Rules and eligibility
To keep the system fair and easy to use, these rules apply:
- XP are linked to your customer account and cannot be transferred to another account
- XP cannot be redeemed for cash
- XP cannot be applied retroactively to past orders
- XP earned from an order are not available until that order has been completed and processed
- XP can only be used on future eligible purchases
- Only one XP reward can be redeemed per order, unless stated otherwise at checkout
- Discounted products still earn XP
- XP rewards cannot be redeemed on discounted products or sale items
- Social follow XP is limited to eligible one-time actions
- Review XP is awarded for genuine product reviews
- If an order is cancelled or refunded, any XP earned from that order may be removed
- If a reward was used on a refunded order, the redeemed XP or discount value may be adjusted accordingly
- Minimum spend thresholds apply to the order subtotal before taxes, shipping, and any additional fees, unless stated otherwise at checkout
- Mochi XP do not expire
- We may update the Mochi XP programme or its rules at any time if needed to keep it fair and functional

How do product review rewards work?
Review XP are awarded for genuine product reviews.
Can XP be transferred to another account?
No. XP are linked to your account only and cannot be transferred, shared, or exchanged for cash.
Do XP expire?
No. Mochi XP do not expire.
Can Mochi XP rules change?
Yes. We may update the programme, reward values, or eligibility rules if needed to keep it fair, functional, and easy to use.
