1. You Place Your Order
Choose your favourite design, review the product details, and complete checkout.
You’ll receive an instant order confirmation email. Within 12 hours, our team will also send a quick message to confirm your shipping address and phone number. This extra step helps prevent delivery issues and keeps everything running smoothly.
Once confirmed, your order moves into processing. Depending on the product, this may include stock allocation, workshop preparation, or custom configuration.
2. Order Processing & Quality Check
Every order goes through a preparation phase before dispatch.
Depending on the product type, this may involve final workshop preparation, production scheduling, or product-level quality review. Before shipping, each item is checked for finish, sealing, and overall material condition.
Anything that does not meet our standards is held back.
3. Packaging & Dispatch
Orders are packed in plain, unmarked boxes with no logos or product names on the outside.
Shipping labels use a neutral descriptor such as “collectible figure” and do not reference adult products.
Once packed, the parcel is sealed and passed to our courier partners for dispatch.
4. Shipping & Tracking
As soon as your parcel is on the way, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
Typical delivery times:

- US / Canada: 7–12 business days
- Asia: 5–7 business days
- Oceania / LATAM: 10–20 business days
Tracking updates may take a few days to appear while the parcel moves through customs and courier processing.

When your order arrives, please inspect it within 48 hours.
