These Terms & Conditions govern all orders from Mochi XP. Please review before purchase to understand your rights and our policies.
1. About Us
Mochi XP is operated by FDL Ltd., a company registered in Hong Kong, trading under the commercial name Mochi XP.
All products are shipped directly from our partner factories and workshops in Asia, Europe, and US to customers worldwide, where legally permitted.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction
By accessing this website or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or the legal age required in your country to purchase adult products, whichever is higher.
Mochi XP reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or request additional verification where we reasonably suspect false age information, fraud, unlawful import, or breach of local law.
3. Products and Product Information
All items sold on Mochi XP are intended for private adult use and collector purposes.
We strive to describe products accurately, including materials, dimensions, colours, functions, and images.
However, some items are hand-finished, made to order, or workshop-produced, so small variations in colour tone, texture, finish, or measurements may occur and do not automatically constitute a defect and/or are not grounds for refunds or returns.
4. Product Status: In Stock, Made to Order, and Personalised
Products sold on Mochi XP may be:
- In Stock
- Made to Order
- Personalised or Custom-Configured
Unless a product is clearly marked In Stock, it should be treated as Made to Order.
Some items, including certain sex dolls, may be built or configured to the customer’s chosen specifications. These are treated as personalised or custom-configured goods.
5. Orders and Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or place an order on hold where we reasonably suspect:
- payment fraud
- chargeback abuse
- unauthorised card use
- mismatch between billing and shipping information
- unlawful import risk
- false age declaration
- other suspicious activity
6. Prices, Taxes, and Duties
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include standard worldwide shipping.
Local import duties, VAT, or customs taxes may apply depending on your region. These charges, when not prepaid, are the buyer’s responsibility and are collected directly by local authorities.
7. Cancellation, Returns, and Refunds
Your purchase is also governed by our Returns, Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Key points:
- cancellation may be requested within 24 hours of the order timestamp and is subject to a 10% processing fee
- opened or unsealed intimate products are not returnable for hygiene reasons, except where mandatory law requires otherwise
- authorised non-defective returns, where permitted, are at the customer’s expense
- personalised or custom-configured products, including certain sex doll orders, cannot be cancelled once custom work has begun
- defect and delivery-damage claims must be reported promptly with supporting evidence
- nothing in these Terms limits mandatory statutory rights that apply under consumer law
8. Fraud & Payment Security
All transactions are securely processed through encrypted payment gateways.
Mochi XP reserves the right to cancel or hold any order suspected of:

Payment fraud or chargeback risk

Mismatch between billing and shipping address

Use of stolen credit cards or unauthorized payment methods
Fraudulent activity will be reported to payment processors and local authorities.
9. Shipping and Delivery
We ship where legally permitted.
We do not ship to jurisdictions, addresses, or facilities where adult products are prohibited or impractical to deliver, including certain restricted regions, military addresses, P.O. boxes, or forwarding addresses where applicable.
Estimated production and delivery timeframes are provided in good faith. Delays may occur because of customs inspection, force majeure, carrier disruption, address errors, or other events outside our reasonable control.
If we cannot ship within the timeframe promised, we will notify the customer and, where required by applicable law, offer the option to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order.
Shipping Restrictions
We cannot ship to countries or regions where the sale of adult products is prohibited, or to:

P.O. boxes or forwarding addresses
If an order is placed for a restricted region, it will be automatically cancelled and refunded.
10. Billing Description
Payments are processed securely through our authorized gateways. For privacy, transactions will show as “FDL Ltd.” on your bank or credit card statement. No references to Mochi XP or adult content appear.
11. Defects, Non-Conformity, and Misuse
If a product is confirmed to be defective, incorrect, or non-conforming, we will provide an appropriate remedy as required by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory statutory rights for defective or non-conforming goods. Under EU rules, the seller is liable for any lack of conformity existing at delivery that becomes apparent within two years. That does not mean the seller is responsible for damage caused by misuse, bad storage, incompatible products, excessive force, accidental damage, modification, or normal wear and tear.
We are not responsible for issues caused by:
- misuse
- improper cleaning
- incompatible lubricants or chemicals
- poor storage
- accidental damage
- unauthorised alteration
- excessive force
- normal wear and tear
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mochi XP is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, delivery, delay, use, misuse, or inability to use the products.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
Where liability may lawfully be limited, our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant product.
13. Intellectual Property
All website text, graphics, photography, branding, design elements, and other content are the property of Mochi XP and/or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.
14. Data Protection & Privacy
We process personal information only as needed to operate the website, process orders, provide customer support, and comply with legal obligations. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details.
15. Governing Law and Consumer Rights
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in the customer’s country of residence.
EU consumers retain the mandatory rights granted under applicable EU consumer law, including the withdrawal framework and legal guarantee protections, subject to the specific exceptions allowed by law for sealed hygiene-sensitive goods and personalised goods.
Any dispute shall first attempt to be resolved amicably. If unresolved, jurisdiction shall rest with the courts of Hong Kong.
16. Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the website at the time of purchase will apply to that order, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
The version in effect at the time of purchase applies to your order.
